How do I connect my ad accounts?
Sign up, add your brand, then hit Connect on the Connections page for Meta, TikTok or Google. Each is a standard OAuth login on the platform's own page, Adsperty never sees your password. Connections start read-only, so nothing can spend.
Will Adsperty spend my money without asking?
Not unless you explicitly arm it. In Manual and Copilot modes every single change waits for your approval. Shadow mode executes nothing at all. Only Autopilot acts on its own, and it must be armed deliberately, works only inside your guardrails, and can be halted in one tap.
What is Shadow mode?
The AI makes decisions on paper ("would pause X, would scale Y") and executes none of them. You watch its judgment against reality until you trust it. Demonstrated shadow judgment is also one of the requirements before Autopilot can be armed.
What are guardrails, exactly?
Deterministic limits (daily spend cap, maximum increase per day, target CPA, ROAS floor, minimum conversions before scaling) enforced by plain code on every action, whether a human or the AI proposed it. The AI cannot loosen them: changing a guardrail needs a fresh password or 2FA proof.
What happens when I hit Emergency Stop?
All autonomous execution halts for the scope you choose (one brand, one platform, or the whole workspace) instantly. Your campaigns keep running on the platforms; Adsperty just stops touching them. Releasing the stop requires a fresh identity check.
Which plan do I need?
Solo (RM99) for one brand with the Copilot recommending and you approving. Growth (RM299) adds Autopilot, Shadow, creative intelligence, WhatsApp alerts and upgrades the Copilot to our most advanced AI model. Agency (RM499) adds many brands, cross-platform budget orchestration and MCP access. Above RM150k monthly spend, talk to us about Scale.
Can Adsperty delete my campaigns?
No. Deletion is refused at the code level on every platform. The strongest action Adsperty ever takes is pausing, which is always reversible.
How are my tokens and data protected?
Ad-platform tokens are encrypted with a dedicated key and only decrypted at the moment of an API call; your data is isolated per workspace in four independent layers; every change is audit-logged append-only. The full picture is on our Security page.
Does Adsperty work in Bahasa Melayu?
Sepenuhnya. The whole product (including the AI Copilot) works in both English and Bahasa Melayu. Switch anytime with the EN/BM toggle in the footer or in the app.
How do I cancel or delete my data?
Disconnect your platforms any time (tokens are wiped immediately) and stop your subscription from Settings. For full account and data deletion, follow the Data Deletion page, it spells out exactly what is removed and when.
